We are two 19 year old males from Salt Lake City, Utah. We both attended the same high school and have spent one year at the same college. However, we are more different than you might think. Our backgrounds and childhoods are actually pretty different. One of us is a non-religious, Persian-American who lived for a time in Chicago, Illinois. The other of us is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints, born and raised in Utah.

Our similarities include being decently privileged, being schoolmates for many, many years, countless shared experiences, and we both possess an undeniable desire to learn more about the world around us. Not to sound too much like a personal ad, but we both love to have fun and experience and learn new things every day (kind of the basis for the new adventure we plan to undertake, don’t you think?)
